About Us
Seven Hills Trading is the youngest company in the Al Ramooz Group. The company is directly supervised by Mr. Ali Al Sahib who is the Al Ramooz group chairman and CEO. Mr. Ali has a vision to expand the entertainment business to a wider extent.
The company was established in May 2015. Initially, the company operated UK and USA-based franchise restaurants. However, in 2020, this business focus was shifted to the entertainment business, and Soft Play Games was launched. The restaurant business has been transferred to a different company in order to focus more on the entertainment business.
Al Arami Boulevard
First, the company launched a soft play operation on Al Araimi Boulevard in 2021 under its own brand Kids Island. We had significant success with the Kids Island Project. The idea for the kids island was proposed by Mr. Ali. The Kids Island is basically a soft play and gaming area exclusively for children under 12 years of age.
Al Arami Boulevard Mall
As part of this widening of its activities the company intends to establish and manage an Indoor Gaming Centre on Al Araimi Boulevard in Al Khoud. Adventure Island is one of the prestigious projects under Seven Hills. It is a techno-economic Indoor Gaming Center located inside Al Araimi Boulevard, offering 100 games over a 3000 sqm area. At Adventure Island, the newest attraction is the Ice Rink, featuring the latest in ice skating and a Gaming Zone.
Al Ameerat (Al Meera Mall) Kids Soft Play
The kids island in Al Meera Mall area measures 912sqm with several new innovative soft games. The company is expecting to crowd to the tune of 95k customers per year. This proposed mall is one of the prime locations in Al Amerat area and first ever play area outlet for the surroundings which attracts the in and around populations.
Panorama MallKids Soft Play
Panorama mall has a great location, where the demand for soft play is for the residence of 1500 families staying behind the mall area and surrounding areas. The expected crowd for this outlet is 50k customers in a year. The kids island in Panorama mall area measures 1500 sqm with several new innovative soft games plus additional kids rides are also implemented.
Upcoming ready by June 2024
Our group chairman had a different vision for the newest soft play area, since the location is in waterfront the theme chosen was related to the ocean and he decided to incorporate an ice-rink of 580sqm. There will be a large choice of interactive games, slides & climbing so kids will emerge in an endless thrilling fun in the Ocean, a 4-storey playground with a double level slide and a massive intertwining maze and 5 slides and plenty of obstacles.
